On 5 June, as part of the IQ Defence project, we held the workshop “From Regulation to Capability: Operationalising NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act Through Skills Mapping” at the European University Cyprus.
The workshop brought together cybersecurity authorities, policymakers, supervisory bodies, academia, and industry professionals from across Europe to discuss how regulatory obligations can be translated into real organisational capability and workforce readiness.
The outputs, including a structured Skills Alignment Brief, will support future training, policy coordination, and cybersecurity skills development at national and European levels.
